Hello! I had a great time at the British Airways Boston Office with my friends recently, and I simply could not wait to tell you all about it. We visited in order to get some issues taken care of related to our group booking, and the people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. The staff welcomed us warmly and jumped right into handling our questions. We did have a couple of questions regarding seat upgrades, baggage allowance, and even some last-minute flight modifications, and these were all dealt with in a very professional manner. What truly impressed me was how patient and meticulous they were. We never felt hurried at all, and they made sure to take the time to explain all the possibilities to us. The office itself was immaculate, tidy, and provided a very comfortable environment. It was a pleasant experience, particularly when traveling with a group, as they assisted us in getting everything sorted out quickly and efficiently.
