The whole experience at the JetBlue Airways New York Office was very pleasant. The people were extremely polite, informed, and helpful in regards to answering all of my travel questions. They described all possible flight choices and the rules for taking luggage on board to me in a clear way. Everything went fast and I did not have to wait for a long time before being helped. It was a friendly environment and the professionalism of the people working there left an excellent impression on me.
