I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service I had at the Spirit Airlines Detroit Office . I recently had the pleasure of flying with Spirit Airlines from Detroit. The personnel were friendly, professional, and inviting from the minute I walked into the terminal. With the agents going above and beyond to help customers with a smile, the check-in process was easy and quick. My entire experience was made considerably less stressful by a particular service member who saw that I was traveling with a little child and graciously assisted us in moving through the queue swiftly. Friendly and well-organized, the gate agents made boarding a breeze by explaining all requirements in detail. Particularly on a hectic travel day, I sincerely valued their tolerance and upbeat demeanor. Witnessing such commitment and sincere concern for travelers was a welcome change.
