Hello there! I recently dropped by the EVA Air Toronto Office and was absolutely pleased with the service. I required assistance with a last-minute change of flight because of an emergency in my family, and they took such great care. The agent was sensitive and prompt in arranging an alternative for me. I wasn't hurried away or brushed off, which I absolutely appreciated during a stressful situation. It’s nice to see real human support when dealing with airlines.
