When I visited the Virgin Atlantic Santiago Office last week, I was astounded by their level of professionalism. They gave me a thorough explanation of all the rules regarding pet travel, which answered my questions. After the visit, I felt so relieved because I had previously been so perplexed. The locals are courteous and patient. In no way did I feel hurried. That Virgin Atlantic has such a useful location in Santiago is fantastic. I would advise going there before attempting anything else if you ever need assistance. You will undoubtedly receive excellent service.
