My experience at the Allegiant Air Columbus Office has been excellent. I chose to go in person because I was experiencing problems booking my travel online. The staff was incredibly patient and friendly. In addition to explaining the baggage regulations, they assisted me in locating the most suitable flight. I didn't experience any stress. They also provided me with advice on how to check in at the airport with ease. I'm so happy I came by. The service is first-rate, and the office is conveniently located. Anyone traveling from Columbus on an Allegiant flight should do it, in my opinion.
