Hello, I needed to alter my return date for a business trip and chose to go to the Qatar Airways Budapest Office rather than ring the helpline. I'm so glad I did! The staff were concise, professional, and assisted me in altering the change speedily. I always enjoyed Qatar Airways for the in-flight experience, but now I have genuine respect for their ground staff as well.
