I recently had the opportunity to visit the Frontier Airlines Pensacola Office and I have to say that the experience was better than I could have imagined. I felt at ease right away because of the sincere warmth and warm smiles I received as soon as I walked through the door. During my stay, the staff's professionalism, efficiency, and incredible friendliness and attentiveness made a big difference. A specific employee, whose name I regrettably forgot, went above and above to help me reschedule a flight because of an unforeseen change in the itinerary. They carefully went over all of my alternatives, gave me thorough explanations of each, and assisted me in creating a new itinerary that would best meet my requirements. I was very amazed by the personal care they showed to each and every customer who entered, not just to myself. These days, such a commitment to customer service is uncommon.
