My time at the Air Cairo Lisbon Office was excellent. The personnel was polite, competent, and willing to help with any of my travel requirements. When I came in for assistance with a last-minute flight change, they took care of everything quickly and efficiently. The office had a quiet, friendly atmosphere, was clean, and was easy to find. I sincerely appreciated the time they took to fully explain itinerary adjustments and travel requirements. Knowing that there is a local office that actually places a high priority on customer service is comforting. I felt secure and content with my travel arrangements when I departed.
