As someone who had never flown before, I was nervous about the entire process. I visited the Frontier Airlines Idaho Falls Office to get some guidance before my first trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to walk me through everything. From how to check in, what to expect at security, to understanding baggage rules—nothing was left out. They even helped me choose a seat near the front of the plane since I told them I get a bit anxious. Their kindness and patience made me feel a lot more confident about traveling. By the time I left the office, I felt like I had a friend in the airline business. When I finally boarded my flight, I knew exactly what to expect and it went smoothly. I’m so thankful to the team at the Idaho Falls Office for helping make my first flying experience a great one.
