I prefer to plan ahead for everything, including my meals, seats, and luggage, and the Air Canada Office in Beirut made it possible. During my multi-city trip, I had a lot of questions concerning lounge access, baggage restrictions, and seat upgrades. The personnel were very understanding. They provided me with updated travel instructions and made sure I understood all of my options. Just helpfulness, without hurrying or pushing extras. That's all you can really hope for, and I left the workplace with confidence about my trip. One face-to-face interaction may make such a difference.
